*Happy birthday Lachlynn*

Let me start off by saying there are A LOT of pictures and they are out of order as well. I will do my best to describe whats going on in them. Well we had a really fun weekend and man was it busy. It was Lachlynn's birthday and the her family birthday party, and we also had J.D.'s best friend's wedding all weekend. J.D. was one of the groom's men and got to dress up, he looked so nice. Well lachlynn's birthday was soo fun I hope she had as much fun as I did! She opened up presents that morning and then ate strawberry pancakes, her two favorite foods. Then we went to lunch and she got a birthday icecream cone. I made her cake and it took forever, for those of you who make fondant you know what I mean. I tried a new recipe for the fondant and it just kept cracking( NEVER making that recipe again). The cake didn't turn out how I planned, but I had a lot of fun making it. Saturday we had a family party for Lachlynn and she had so much fun playing with cousins and eating cake. She got a stroller for her new dolly and she kept pushing it around everywhere and she also got a new car seat so now she faces forward and she giggles everytime she's in it. The funnest thing was her pink boa, she loved it and would carry it around everywhere with her. She is such a girl! It was a fun weekend. I took her to her 1 year dr. appointment and she weighs 19 pounds! The Dr. also said that she had really bad ear infections in both ears with lots of puss, I had no idea she was still her happy self, she's such a good baby!!












A couple weeks ago it was my nephew Ryan's birthday and he wanted a star wars cake I did my best! We also went to jump on it for his birthday, if you have never gone , GO!! We all had a blast!

Happy Happy Birthday Lachlynn Dear!!!!

Happy birthday to my baby Lachlynn!!! I can't believe how fast the time has gone. She is growing so fast and even walking! Here are the top ten things I love about Lachlynn.
1. she is always so happy
2. she makes me laugh out loud
3. she loves to dance to any kind of music, (the girl can keep a beat)
4. she loves to play peek a boo and patty cake and even does the actions
5. The smile she gives me when I whisper a secret in her ear
6. She has pretty much always slept through the night
7. Her big brown eyes
8. How she says mama
9. how she loves her blanky and binky( I always wanted a baby to take a binky, I think it's soo cute)
10. she is my best friend!!!
I LOVE my birthday sooooo much and Iam loving Lachlynn's more, I have planned all sorts of fun things to do. I will post pictures later. We love you lachlynn!

A few pictures!

I just had a few random pictures, so I thought I would share them. Well first off I cut my hair. I was so tired of the old hair so my friend that is in hair school needed some hours and walla! I love it! She did a great job!


We were over at cheyenne's house and there was this cool batman mask that Lachlynn was playing with, I put it on her and she loved it. She would just smile at herself in the mirror, it was so funny!

Lachlynn is growing up so fast! She will turn 1 next week! I just love having this little side kick with me!! One thing she loves is Ice cream!! I was eating some the other day and she crawled up on me and we shared. Man she is cute!!

A little of everything

Well like I said there is a little bit of everything. My friend Tammy wanted to make a cake with fondant so she called me up and this was our creation!! It was so fun to make! I can't wait to make Lachlynn's birthday cake, it's going to be so cute.

After a week of high fevers and feeling crummy, lachynn is back to her happy self again. I opened the dish washer to unload and I turned my back for one minute and this is what I found. Safe huh? She is into Everything, but yet her favorite toy is still a good old fashion tampon.

One of our sweet friends that we met in Pennsylvania sent Lachlynn this cute hat. She will keep it on for 2 seconds, It's so cute I just wish she would wear it.

J.D. had an old fish tank and he fixed it up for Lachlynn. There are pink sparkly rocks and plants in there. He also found pink fish. He loves his Lachlynn and Lachlynn loves her fish. The first thing she does in the morning is wave to the fish and say hi.

For valentines day J.D. got up and made me and lachlynn pink heart pancakes. Lachlynn also had a marsh mellow heart for breakfast too! I got pretty flowers from J.D. as well. It was a fun valentines. J.D. is taking 24 credits at BYU so he can graduate in April and he is BUSY to say the least! So he surprised me and we went to dinner, shopping, movie, and we also got Carmel apples for Rocky mountain chocolate factory ( my favorite). Then we went to the Anniversary Inn. It was so nice just to spend time with him. He does so much for us WE LOVE YOU JADE!

Poor little lachlynn!

Well Lachlynn started feeling sick yesterday and ran a 104 fever so we were at the ER for the night and they pumped her full of antibiotics and meds. Poor little thing was so tired and drained! They said that it was a stomache flu and a possible ear infection. She would not drink or eat anything and so she was dehydrated. If you know lachlynn, you know that she is such a happy baby and so it was so hard to see her just cry and be so miserable. Anyways her fever broke and they sent us home and we finally got some well needed sleep. She woke this morning with a 102 fever and they wanted her to go the dr's so we went in again today and she was finally able to drink something and her fever broke again so as of now she is in her own bed fast a sleep. Poor little Lachlynn has seen some better days! Good thing she has a great daddy and grandpa who gave her a blessing, I thinks it's working!!

Hang tough!

All I got to say is Dang she's strong! You can definitely tell she has Hancuff blood!
We were at Cody and Tanya's house and J.D. just wanted to see what she would do if he put her by the bar and sure enough she grabbed on tight and loved it! She did it a couple more times that night, it was hilarious!! Watch out Hancuff boys she will give you a run for your money!!

my sleepy girl!

I just wanted to take a minute and tell you about my sweet little angel. I truly know that God sent me this precious little girl for sooo many reasons. I feel so blessed to know that she is mine for forever!! She has been nothing but happy since day one, which is neat because J.D. blessed her to be "A beacon of light". Lachlynn will stare at me sometimes and I get this feeling that she was my best friends before this life. Lachlynn I just want you to know how proud I am to be your mom.

Tonight I went into her room to turn off her light and I found her sleeping so sound. What a sweet baby, man how did I get this lucky?!!
