22 weeks
I know I post a lot of pregnancy pics, but I did this with my last pregnancy and it was so cool to watch the changes week to week. So here is 22 week! I am feeling really good still and I am starting to show more and more.
I wanted to share this picture because I thought it was so funny. I just got the girls out of the bath and dressed in their jammies, When I hear a splash! Victoria jumped in the bath again fully clothed, that little stink!

20 weeks...half way!W
Well 20 weeks has come and gone. I can't believe how fast this pregnancy it going! I am now 21 weeks and feeling fine. I am starting to feel harder kicks and more movement which is always fun. J.d. will just put his hand on my belly while we watch T.V. and he can feel him kicking away. I am still teaching my classes at the gym just fine with a few modifications of course. I still don't show a whole lot, but it's coming. We went to the ultra sound last week and believe it or not I was measuring a head of schedule. He looks really good, we got lots of cute pictures. The lady kept commenting on all of his muscles! He has ripped little arms. There is no fat on them so his muscle tone was awesome! What can I say, he has Hancuff blood in him. All in all I am feeling really good and baby boy is healthy as can be!

"Happily ever after"
Today in young women's we asked the girls to write down on a piece of paper their dreams and hopes for the future, what they really wanted. A couple girls shared some of their hopes and dreams for their future. It was neat to hear their comments and thoughts. We then read President Uchtdorf's talk "Happily ever after". He says the gospel provides HIS happily ever after. He then promised that if we live the gospel and follow God's plan we can have our happily ever after.
After church today, I was thinking about my happily ever after. I kept thinking of the love I have for J.D. and my girls. I never knew I could love so much! The Lord knew how to make us happy when he created the family. I have friends who are single and they view my life crazy raising two children and another one the way. I can not even begin to describe to them the joy I have in my life. Yes things are busy and crazy sometimes, but my little family is truly my "Happily ever after". I thank my Heavenly father for loving me enough to provide me with the sweet blessing of being married and being a mother.

Sisters
I love these two and I love that they have each other! I hear them through out the day talking and playing with each other and it makes me smile.
Lachlynn brushing Victoria's teeth. I heard Lachlynn saying to Tori..." Tori open wide and say awww." And Tori would!
Helping unload the dish washer.
I couldn't imagine life with out these sweet girls! I am blessed.

Well we had an awesome christmas filled with lots of family, food, and fun! J.D.'s sister even came into town from Arizona to be with us. I am so mad because I kept forgetting to take my camera to all of our fun events. So I just posted a few pictures of our little Christmas.
Waiting to come and see their presents!
This girl asked Santa for a baby wanna walk and a helmet and that's just what she got! She wrote santa a letter that said... "I want a baby wanna walk and a helmet please. I have been a little bad, but mostly good". It was so cute and honest!
This girl was just happy to open presents.
She LOVES this little car!
The girls in their Christmas out fits. Man they are getting big!
This is me at 18 weeks! I am almost half way there!!! I can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going. Most the time I forget I am pregnant and I am busy taking care of the girls. I am feeling really good. I have been feeling baby kick a lot lately. J.D. has been able to feel too, which is awesome!

It's a BOY!!!!!
Yes you heard right, the Sheppards are going to have another BOY in the house! I was supposed to find out tomorrow, but two weeks ago I started bleeding so I called my Dr. and she had me come in for an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that my placenta had a small tear in it. So I had to take it easy for a few days and not teach any classes and it would heal on it's own. Very glad the baby is healthy and fine. So when they were doing the ultrasound I asked if it was too early to tell what the sex was and she said let's take a peek. You could right away see that it was not flat like my little girls!! I was thinking it was another girl all along, but we got another surprise! A little BOY!
We are busy thinking of boy names and I am busy already buying little boy clothes! This is so new to me!! J.D. thought is was a girl too, but he was pleasantly surprised.
Well this is me at 16 weeks. I thought Victoria's pregnancy went by fast, but this one is really flying by. I am just starting to feel some little movements and flutters, which it so fun! We are very excited to welcome a little BOY to the family!

14 weeks
So here I go again with my pregnancy pictures!
This pregnancy came as a complete shock and surprise to say the least! I got all my certifications completed and finished in June and have been teaching cycling, kickboxing, boot camps, and weight lifting classes at Golds gym. Well I can get really busy teaching and so in September my period was late and I thought I was just working out too much and it was throwing my cycle off. I had my sister buy me a pregnancy test from the dollar store just in case. I took the test and it was POSITIVE!!!! Like I said I was shocked. J.D. and I knew we wanted a 3rd child, but just not for another 2 years! The Lord had different plans for us. It was very overwhelming and hard to swallow at first. J.D. gave me a blessing that night and in that blessing it said " There is a special spirit that needs to be here at this exact time". I could not argue with that. I was reminded that this is not MY child, this is Heavenly Father's sweet child and he will send them when HE is ready. My anxiety has turned into excitement. I know that it will be hard having Victoria and this one only 21 months apart, but I know it's meant to be.
So I am 14 weeks, but this was me at 13 weeks. This pregnancy has been very easy and I feel very fortunate for that. Victoria and Lachlynn take naps at the same time, so I can even grab some shut eye on the days I really need it. Like I said I teach work out classes at Golds gym, sometimes twice a day. I have still been able to teach all my same classes and feel great! The Lord has truly blessed me. I have sister-in laws who are not able to have children and would give anything to be able to do so. It makes me realize what a huge miracle it is to carry a child. We are all very excited and Lachlynn already tells me that she can't wait to hold the new baby. We got to hear the heart beat the other day and it was very reassuring because I never really feel pregnant! We get to find out what we are having in TWO WEEKS!!!! I can't wait. Lachlynn thinks it's another little sister, but I have no clue! We will keep you posted!
